Vision - your composition is well balanced, and the idea is fully formed. The movement and stance in this piece feels natural and draws the eye all around the image.
Originality - your caricatures are uniquely yours, original yet completely identifiable. The drawing and painting style is original and fresh.
Technique - wonderful choices of color and and fluid use of line (I LOVE SWIRLIES!), great textures added with controlled splatter (or salt?) all of which tells me you have the know-how and experience to make great use of acrylic paint... not always an easy thing to accomplish! At first I thought it was watercolor
Impact - the painting reads like a snapshot, telling a little story about the mundane moments of the life of 10 and Rose (if "mundane" could describe anything about life aboard the TARDIS!). A beautiful moment of peace and camaraderie.
I absolutely adore this painting! The pastel colors and swirls give it such a whimsical look. Is this available as a print to buy? I would love to hang it on my wall.. or even a cell phone case would be awesome! Do you have your art on red bubble or something similar?
Okay... Now that I'm over the first excitement, I try to write a more decent comment. xD Sorry for this "beautiful" stammering. Just ignore it.. I couldn't think for a moment... Whatever. Back to the picture!
You have such an unique awesome elegant style... I'm so in love with all this squiggles and I simply love your use of splatters... Sadly I'm not good at it... *sigh* Um sorry. I am digressing. /= I love the colors and Oh! My! God! The Tardis! It looks like something from Willy Wonka! xD No really... it's... beautiful! Simply the fact that you use some kind of brown instead of black for the "Police Public Call Box"-pattern... and all this squiggles! Ah and your style really suits the Doctor and Rose!
The whole picture is so electrifying alive! I would sale my soul to have the original piece... xDD Sadly I never get it... So you take commissions... *searching for infos*
Too manny aspects of this picture to comment on all of them, but I really like how everything around them seems very busy but flows into one another nicely while the middle of the picture showing Rose and the Doctor is uncluttered and clean. It really makes it look very balanced and I think gives a lot of focus to thier relaxed enjoyment.
