The description only says "Acrylic on paper" but I've never seen acrylic used this way. It's like a watercolor and your curves and transparencies are amazing. And you somehow make a color like yellow work for a night time scene. I always see night as whites and blues. Reminds me of Bahamian artist Alton Lowes' painting "Night Sun".
You captured the vapourousness(?) of the clouds in the studio bound DW scene perfectly. Then amongst all of this whimsy, you have these great solid lines sliding through it.
Additionally, the clouds themselves seem like steps upward to lead to your subject.
And as I said before, this was done fast. As I write this, it's been 3 1/2 days since the DW Christmas Special aired in the US. Great work!
I gave you a four on originality only because the idea and positioning came from the show, but how you presented it is all you, so 5s for the rest.
