Ths art deserves a five star rating! Everything is just in good shape, especially the rainbow and her wings.

How you colored her is perfect! How you designed her, the colors, the background, the everything, i can't stop talking (typing)!

I have nothing else to say, i..i'm breathless..
I wish i could draw something like this someday... Hehe
It looks like you drew her on paper, but if you do, i like it very much.
If it's on the computer, still amazing..

Good luck making more.. I'd love to see your artworks some more.
I will look forward to critique it again..

I have made it virtually public knowledge that I usually give a great deal of admiration to people who are able to make fan-art that manages to capture both the look and style of the original source material. Now, any fan of the show can see fairly easily that this picture here veers quite far from the established style of the show. But despite that, I still found this to be a very impressive art style. It shows both a real talent for art and a great sense of passion behind the picture. This was clearly an artist who wanted to make a magnificent-looking picture, and they succeeded.

In terms of originality, I’m of two minds. On the one hand I have seen many pictures involving rainbow Dash flying through the air and having a good time while she does so. On the other hand however, none of those pictures have ever had this particular style to them. In the past it has always been a typical straight rainbow coming from her when she flies. Here, it’s difficult to put down into words exactly what is trailing behind her. But best guess would be to say it’s a watery rainbow. I know that makes no sense but that’s what I see when I’m looking at it.

Pictures need no only aesthetics to please me, but also the ability to distil an emotion in me. I’m not exactly sure what emotion I’m feeling when I look at this picture. Excitement? There’s certainly plenty of that? Awe? Again there’s much to be had in a picture as impressive as this. In other pictures, a confusion in what I’m feeling might lead to a few points being taken away, but here, it somehow works. I like that sense of ambiguity. That feeling that I don’t know what I’m supposed to be feeling.

To summarise, this is a very impressively drawn picture that displays a great deal of artistic ability on the part of it’s creator.

A more-than-worthy piece of art to stand alongside some of the best this fandom has come up with.
